Terms of sale:
These conditions of sale apply to all hotel guests to rent rooms and all services provided by the institution. They are valid for all reservations.
Our prices are in € uro and are likely to be revised once a year and must be confirmed at time of booking
Several room types are offered by the hotel BEST WESTERN U RICORDU, depending on availability at the reservation request. Room type is confirmed only when sending the booking confirmation, subject to availability. If a room type offered is not available at the time of confirmation by the customer's reservation, the hotel reserves the right to propose an alternative, even though we is not subject to compensation.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT:
to take advantage of promotions, the payment must be made to the reservation
A tariff proposal by the hotel does not constitute a commitment, and includes, subject to availability.
All reservations will be considered firm and final after receipt by the hotel, the deposit paid by the customer, up to 25% of the total booking for any stay over 3 nights and up to the first night for stays under 3 nights. The deposit is refundable in case of cancellations made more than 30 days of arrival. They can not be transferred to a future stay or different.
Once the deposit collected by the hotel, a confirmation is sent to the client. No room number will be confirmed at this stage, the rooms are allocated at the discretion of the hotel.
A credit card number is required on the client's arrival to guarantee payment, and destroyed the day of departure.
Small pets (except birds, snakes, rodents and other NAC) are allowed in the room. A supplement of € 10 per night per pet will be charged (except for food or any benefit to the animal). Pets are not allowed to circulate in the hotel and must be leashed. Accordance with hygiene rules, no animals will be allowed in public areas of the facility. Incident caused by the animal, the liability of the customer considered the owner will be automatically committed.
The total amount of the stay is due in its entirety (room rate multiplied by the number of nights). Early retirement benefits and not consumed by the client for any reason whatsoever, will not be entitled to any refund or reduction. The balance of the stay, including extra will be charged in full.
Half board starts with dinner on evening of arrival, and ends after breakfast on departure day. Non-use of one or more meals does not give rise to any refund.
NO REFUNDS OR an extra charge will be made in CAS:
* In service ordered not consumed.
* In early departure from the hotel due to force major, minor or personal convenience.
The amounts paid to the reservation are the deposit. Either party can withdraw his commitment. If he decides to cancel his visit, the client loses the deposit, which will be acquired at the hotel. If the hotel decides to cancel the booking, the customer must return double the amount of the deposit originally paid, in accordance with the law of January 18, 1992, article L.114-1 of the Consumer Code.
All cancellations must imperatively be addressed by mail or e-mail and provide the reservation number. This cancellation to be valid, must be confirmed by the hotel in written form, by mail or e-mail. Lack of receipt of this confirmation, it is
advised the customer to check with the hotel the receipt of the cancellation, and send it to the written confirmation, date of the email sent by the hotel authentic.
The cancellation of the stay by the customer will charge the following costs:
- Between 7 calendar days before arrival: NO CHARGE
- Less than 7 calendar days prior to arrival: charged by the property 100% of total stay
WE OFFER A CANCELLATION INSURANCE IN THE BOOKING ENGINE
The rooms are made available to customers 15 hours on the day of arrival. They must be vacated by 11am on day of departure. If the client wishes to keep his room beyond 11:00 the day of departure, he must make the request at the reception at least 24 hours in advance. Late checkout may not be granted if the availability of the hotel allows. Any departure after 1:00 p.m. will be charged at 100% of the night.
Rooms are available to customers clean and in good condition. The client is asked to immediately report to the reception desk any defect.
For damaged furniture, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of repair or replacement.
The hotel can not be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to luggage stored by customers in public areas of the hotel, not in the room or locked in the car in the parking lot.
We remind our guests that, pursuant to Decree 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006, the hotel's public areas are strictly non-smoking. In order to offer all our guests maximum comfort, it is also asked to refrain from smoking in the rooms.
TREATMENT OF CLAIMS, DISPUTES AND ADDRESS FOR SERVICE
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of the contract and which can not be a settlement will be brought before the Commercial Court of Bastia.
All hotel guest RICORDU U acknowledges the capacity to contract under the conditions described in the terms and conditions outlined below, ie have the legal age and not under guardianship.
All hotel guest RICORDU U acknowledges having read these terms and conditions before placing the order. Therefore, taking command causes its complete adherence to the terms of sale of the Hotel BEST WESTERN U RICORDU and unconditional acceptance of all of their provisions.
Any customer's complaint should be directed to the Hotel BEST WESTERN U RICORDU by registered letter within 30 days after the return of the trip is the subject of the claim.
